About this Event
We are pleased to announce that The Postgraduate Education Conference 2016 will be taking place on Thursday 7th July 2016 in Central London and we would be delighted to have you and your colleagues involved.
The UK’s postgraduate education system continues to act as a hub for talent and research, but more need to be done to ensure that higher education institutions are investing in innovative ways to attract first-class postgraduates. Recognising the challenges, the government has introduced a new postgraduate loans system which is intended to ‘revolutionise’ access to postgraduate university courses. Alongside this, HEFCE has committed to providing an additional £50 million as part of its postgraduate support scheme.
With this in mind, this forum will offer delegates a timely opportunity to share key insights in how to deliver first class postgraduate education in the UK. Through policy briefings, in-depth case studies and interactive question and answer sessions, delegates will examine best practice approaches to obtaining funding, delivering quality teaching, providing effective marketing, widening participation and increasing employability in order to maintain the UK’s world-leading postgraduate system. You can explore the full agenda here.
